About the role

  • Provide B2B service to over 2,000 restaurants
  • Work in 24/7 shifts (including Saturdays) from Kibbutz Yakum, with a high salary
  • Support a wide range of advanced products and gadgets for the restaurant industry
  • Remote support for software, network, and hardware issues, bug diagnostics
  • Work with systems like Slack, Monday, Zendesk, Jira.

Qualifications

  • Technical experience – computers, networks, communications
  • Familiarity with IOS and ANDROID platforms
  • Availability for 5 shifts per week
  • High-level English
  • Experience with ELK, MDM, TEAM VIEWER, LOGZ.IO – advantage
  • Background in hospitality – advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
