About the role
- Provide B2B service to over 2,000 restaurants in Israel
- Responsible for customer success – optimal use of Tabit systems, aligning customer needs and goals with the system
- Daily communication with restaurant owners, handling configurations such as reports, business intelligence, and menu updates
- Work with advanced tech systems like Slack, Monday, Zendesk
- Location: Kibbutz Yakum, Sunday–Thursday, full-time
Qualifications
- Strong motivation and passion for the restaurant industry
- Experience with Tabit systems as a server/bartender/manager – required
- Full-time availability (not suitable for students)
- Self-learning ability
- High service orientation
- Managerial experience in hospitality – advantage
