About the role
- Manage all project stages in the Onboarding department
- Includes implementers and project managers (junior and senior) responsible for system customization and implementation in restaurants, hotels, and other F&B businesses
- Identify restaurant needs, customize the system, train and guide staff
- Field work across Israel, Sunday-Thursday, full-time, dynamic hours (early mornings or late evenings)
Qualifications
- Managerial experience in hospitality – required
- Experience with Tabit systems as waiter/bartender/host/manager – required
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle – required
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Strong motivation and passion for the restaurant industry
- Training experience – advantage
