About the role

  • Provide service to over 600 clients using Tabit Guest hosting software
  • Maintain ongoing contact with strategic clients, guide them to success and maximize system usage
  • Support and handle issues like system operation, bug investigation, and field request specifications
  • Location: Kibbutz Yakum, Sunday-Thursday, full-time

Qualifications

  • Strong motivation and passion for the restaurant industry
  • Background in hospitality – required
  • Full-time availability (not suitable for students)
  • Self-learning ability
  • High service orientation
  • Familiarity with Tabit Guest as a host or manager – advantage
